Love these vivid illustrations by artist Dan-ah Kim. I discovered her work through Etsy (her shop), my favorite place to find artists. The simplicity of the shapes is so powerful. The color palate is rich and warm, I can feel the humidity from the plants. Her figure story telling reminds me of some of Alyson Fox's older work.
Themes of playfulness, magic, innocence, beauty, culture- each one like a little book. I want to walk into some of these sit down with my legs crossed and get absorbed.
